Rental conditions & useful information

The person signing the contract agrees to respect the stay dates indicated. In the event of an early departure, no refund or reduction can be granted. The rental is strictly reserved for the persons named in the contract and may not be sublet or transferred without prior written approval.

The booking becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay amount, together with the signed and dated contract.

The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival. No keys will be handed over until full payment has been received.

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM (until 7:00 PM)
  • Keys are collected at reception upon arrival
  • Check-out before 10:00 AM
  • Keys must be returned to reception between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of departure

A security deposit of €300 (by bank card or cash only) is required upon arrival. It will be refunded within approximately 15 days after departure, less any deductions for damage, missing items, or cleaning and repair costs.

The tenant may request supporting documents for any charges deducted. The deposit may not be considered as payment toward the stay. If the amount withheld exceeds the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the remaining balance.

As the mobile homes and chalet/caravan accommodations are located within the campsite, guests must comply with the campsite rules and regulations.

The tenant agrees to take proper care of the accommodation and its contents. As these are lightweight holiday accommodations, special care must be taken with furniture and equipment (folding beds, doors, shelves, small furnishings, etc.).

If the number of occupants exceeds the accommodation capacity, an additional charge will apply based on the current extra person/week rate.

In the case of undeclared visitors, the campsite reserves the right to apply a surcharge equivalent to the undeclared day visitor fee (€10 per day).

No discount will be granted if fewer people stay than originally declared in the contract.

An inventory and condition report is provided upon arrival. It must be completed, signed and returned to reception no later than the following day in order to report any discrepancies.

The security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation, less any costs for replacement items, cleaning or repairs if required.

  • Provided: 1 mattress protector and 1 blanket per bed, plus 1 pillow per person
  • All rentals include crockery and household equipment suitable for the accommodation capacity
  • Rentals are not equipped with televisions
  • Bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and kitchen towels are not provided
  • Bed linen kits are available for purchase at reception: €10

The accommodation must be left clean upon departure.

If cleaning has not been carried out properly, €100 will be deducted from the security deposit (invoice provided). An optional cleaning service may be available at an additional cost.

  • Visitors, additional vehicles, pets, tourist tax and other services are charged according to the current campsite rates.

    For information:

  • Tourist tax: €0.55 per day per adult (18+)
  • Booking fee: €15
  • Dog: €1.50 per day
  • Additional vehicle: €1.80 per day
  • Day visitor: €3.95 per person per day
  • Overnight visitor on a pitch: €4.70 per person per day
  • Overnight visitor in rental accommodation: charged pro rata according to the “additional person per week” rate
    • Disposable bedding kit (1 person): €10
    • Disposable bedding kit (2 persons): €10

If the subsidy amount granted by VACAF is not paid in full by the organization, the tenant agrees to pay the remaining balance.

All cancellations must be notified by registered letter and duly justified.

  • More than 60 days before arrival: refund of the deposit minus a €15 administration fee
  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit remains retained by the campsite
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: the campsite may require full payment of the stay

If the guest fails to arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the booking becomes void. The deposit remains retained by the campsite, which reserves the right to reassign the accommodation. No refund will be granted for early departure.
